Reservations:
To confirm a reservation, please send the payment receipt and the following information:

- Full name
- Date of birth
- ID number or passport
- Tax ID
- Address, neighborhood, city, and ZIP code
- Phone number
- Email
- Names of other guests (if any)

Please make sure to receive all our emails.

Payment methods, reservations, and accommodation:
To secure your reservation, full payment of the accommodation is required, along with any applicable fees such as cleaning fee, jacuzzi usage fee, and pet fee (if applicable). We accept bank transfer/deposit, bank slip, PayPal, or credit card. A proof of payment may be requested.

If for any reason the reserved property is not available, we offer a similar property or a full refund.

Check-in:
The check-in time is from 4pm to 11pm. Please inform us of your arrival time so that we can coordinate your self-check-in process. A filled and signed pre-identification form by the responsible person for the reservation must be sent in advance. Upon receiving the form, all guests will be registered in the condominium's access control system.

You will receive a personalized code to access your unit.

If you wish to check-in earlier, between 12pm and 4pm, it is possible upon payment of a fee equivalent to 50% of the daily rental value. This fee must be paid in advance.

For check-ins between 10pm and 6am, the rental fee for the previous day must be paid.

Check-out:
The check-out time is until 10am.

Please dispose of trash, turn off lights, and make sure to close the doors when leaving.

If you wish to check-out between 10am and 12pm, a late check-out fee equivalent to 50% of the daily rental value will be charged. This fee must be requested and paid during check-in.

For check-outs between 12pm and 2pm, the rental fee for the next day is charged. If check-out is not performed at the agreed time, after a grace period of 30 minutes, a penalty of 50% of the stay value will be applied (before 11am). After 11am, the cost of a full daily rental will be charged.

Cancellation and reservation changes:
In case of cancellation or no-show, the reservation deposit will not be refunded. There is no refund of the daily rate in case of early departure unless there is written confirmation from EON CASA.

EON CASA can terminate the rental agreement immediately, without refund, in the following cases: exceeding the maximum number of occupants, disturbing the peace of neighbors or violating condominium rules, organizing parties, consuming illicit drugs, having pets without permission, or not paying the full rent.

Guest responsibilities and obligations:
Guests are responsible for the rented property and any items belonging to the property or the condominium. All occupants must comply with condominium regulations, the rules mentioned in this document, and the guidelines on the website. Fines imposed by the condominium administration due to violations must be paid immediately and may result in early termination of the contract without refund.

Visitors:
Some condominiums do not allow visitors.

Please contact us before making a reservation if you are expecting visitors so that we can provide a suitable property.

Other important guidelines:
1. No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. Any

violation will result in a fine.

2. Maximum capacity: The house accommodates a maximum of 8 people, with a recommendation of up to 6 adults. If this limit is exceeded, we cannot guarantee proper comfort for everyone. Additional adults will incur an additional fee of $90 per day of accommodation. There are specific fees for children and infants. Please contact us for more information.

3. Pets: We allow only one pet, with a fee of $140 per stay. Please inform us in advance about the presence of a pet.

4. BBQ cleaning fee: To use the barbecue grill, an additional cleaning fee of $50 per stay will be charged.

5. Trash disposal: Place the trash in appropriate bags and deposit it in the container in front of the house. Do not leave loose trash or liquids in the trash bin, as there is a fine of $50 per violation.

6. Jacuzzi: To use the jacuzzi, a prior reservation is required, with a fee of $90 per day of accommodation. The water will be heated from the second day.

Before arrival, please send us the name, age of all guests, and information about pets.

The chosen jurisdiction by the contracting parties is São Bernardo do Campo - SP, Brazil.
